Group Details:

 This DBT group is beneficial for treating individuals who are stuck in patterns of thinking, feeling and acting that are creating chaos in their life, and are causing them misery.  Specifically, this group is designed for individuals suffering with self-harming behaviors such as cutting, and suicidal thoughts, impulses or attempts, and focuses on working with individuals dealing with bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and chemical dependency.

 

Adult Groups:

Individuals ages 18 and up are eligible to attend this group and will also be involved in one-on-one DBT therapy.  Most insurances accepted.

 

  • Co-Ed Day Groups:
    • Mondays: 11:00am-1:30pm
    • Tuesdays: 11:00am-1:30pm
    • Thursdays: 11:00am-1:30pm

 

  • Co-Ed Evening Group: Thursdays: 5:00pm-7:00pm

 

**Adult groups are centered around a 9-12 month curriculum.  Group members are expected to attend weekly.

 

 

Family with Adolescents Group:

Adolescents ages 12+ and up are eligible to attend this group and will also be involved in one-on-one DBT therapy.  Most insurances accepted.

 

  • Co-Ed Evening Group: Tuesdays: 5:00pm-7:30pm

 

**This group is centered around a 18 week curriculum. Adolescents and a parent/guardian are expected to attend weekly.

 

 

Family with Children Group:

Children ages 8-12 are eligible to attend this group and will also be involved in one-on-one DBT therapy.  Most insurances accepted.

 

  • Co-Ed Evening Group: Mondays: 5:00pm-7:30pm

 

**This group is centered around a 16 week curriculum. Children and a parent/guardian are expected to attend weekly.

 


Graduate After Care Groups:

Individuals ages 18 and up who have completed NAL's DBT program are eligible to attend this group. Most insurances accepted.

 

  • Co-Ed Group: Tuesdays: 10:00am-11:00am
