Group Details

This DBT group is beneficial for treating individuals who are stuck in patterns of thinking, feeling and acting that are creating chaos in their life, and are causing them misery.  Specifically, this group is designed for individuals suffering with self-harming behaviors such as cutting, suicidal thoughts, impulses or attempts, and focuses on decreasing harmful behaviors and patterns.  This DBT group focuses on dealing with bi-polar disorder, post traumatic stress disorder and chemical dependency issues.

Adult Group

Eligibility:  Individuals ages 18 and up are eligible to attend this group and will also be involved in one-on-one individual DBT therapy.  Most insurances accepted.

Group Type: 
This group is centered around a 6 month curriculum.  Group members are expected to attend weekly.

Adolescent Group


Eligibility: Individuals ages 13-18 are eligible to attend this group along with a parent/guardian.  Each adolescent will also be involved in one-on-one DBT therapy.  Most insurances are accepted

  This group is centered around a 16 week curriculum.  Adolescents and a parent/guardian are expected to attend weekly.
