Online and phone nutrition counseling may be a new concept but it is widely used for those "on-the-go" individuals who lead a busy lifestyle. If you're always on the run, or don't live near our office, then online or phone nutrition counseling could be for you!

 

Service Pricing...

Phone Counseling

  • 60 minute Nutrition Therapy Initial Assessment - $100
  • 60 minute Nutrition Therapy Follow (must complete an initial assessment prior to purchasing the 60 minute follow up) – Up - $84
  • 20 minute Nutrition Therapy Follow Up (must complete an initial assessment prior to purchasing the 20 minute follow up) – $43
  • Package – 60 minute Initial Assessment with 11 20min follow – ups (1 per week) - $400.00
  • Package – 60 minute Initial Assessment with 6 20min follow –ups (1 per week) - $275.00

 

Online E-mail Counseling

  • Nutrition Therapy Initial Assessment - $100
  • Minutes Nutrition Therapy Follow – (2 contacts per week via email) - $43/week
  • Package – Initial Assessment plus 11 weeks of Follow – Up - $390.00
  • Package – Initial Assessment plus 6 weeks of Follow – Up - $250
  • Detailed weekly food log monitoring - $43/week
  • Recipe/Menu Analysis - $20/item

 

A La Carte

Allow 2 hours for each service listed below at a cost of $195 each

  • Grocery Store Accompaniments – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7am-5pm
  • Restaurant Accompaniments – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7am-5pm

Nutrition counseling appointment step by step:

  • Select a package from one of the listed providers (Jennifer femrite or Carrie Reynoso)
  • Go to our Pay Your Bill Online page and submit payment for services you selected
  • We will process your payment
  • We will contact you via phone or email, depending on which service you selected
