Interests:
My Passion: Is to come along side those seeking help with sensitivity, honesty, empathy, and hope, while providing guidance toward resolving issues, enabling clients to lead more fulfilling, balanced and enriched lives.The People I work with are: Children 8+, Adolescents, College Age Students, Adults, Families, and couples. I also have a special interest in working with the Chinese population that speaks English including but not limited to Chinese Americans and Chinese foreign exchange students. I also work in the DBT program here at Nystrom and Associates see (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy link). My practice is focused on helping clients with a variety of issues including but not limited to Depression, Anxiety, Women? Issues, Stress Management, Parenting Issues, Grief and Loss, ADHD, Conflict Management, Work Related Stress, Divorce Recovery, Death and Dying, Terminal Illness, Life Changes, Emotional Abuse,Trauma, Shame, Family of Origin Issues,and Spiritual Issues.
