Interests:
Elizabeth provides individual and family therapy to children (ages four and older), adolescents, and adults struggling with an array of different mental health difficulties. She therefore provides therapy services to individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar or manic depression, personality difficulties, women's issues, adjustment and stress management difficulties, emotional impulsivity and deregulation, and oppositional behavioral difficulties, as well as other mental health needs. In working with children, Elizabeth uses an array of play therapy and parent empowerment and behavior modification techniques. Elizabeth is also a DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) therapist, providing individual and group DBT services to adolescents through adults. Other therapeutic interests include: relationship difficulties, grief and loss, codependency, and self esteem difficulties.
Hobbies:
Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband, stepdaughter, and family and friends, reading, playing with her puppy, taking nature walks, camping or sitting around a bonfire, listening to various types of music, writing poetry, playing on the computer, and singing karaoke whether in public or while at home with friends and family.
