Elizabeth provides individual and family therapy to children (ages four and older) and adults with a wide array of mental health needs. She provides therapeutic services to persons suffering from depression, anxiety, bipolar, personality difficulites, women's issues, adjustment and stress management difficulties, anger management, and oppositional behavioral difficulties as well as other mental health needs. Elizabeth provides play therapy to children. She is a DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) therapist for adolescents and young adults conducting both individual and group sessions. Other therapeutic interests include: relationship difficulties, art therapy techniques, as well as grief and loss.
Hobbies:
Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, friends and fiance reading, writing poetry, taking nature walks, listening to various types of music and singing karaoke.
