I work with adolescents and adults dealing with issues including, but not limited to: anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, grief and loss, chronic illness, GLBT issues, body image, stress management and relaxation, anger management, women's issues, self-esteen, Seasonal Affective Disorder, bipolar, adjustment disorders,relationship issues, and SPMI. I believe in building on one's strengths and accepting individuals as they are while working toward personal growth.
