For over 20 years I have worked with engaged couples using the highly regarded PREPARE/ENRICH Premarital Counseling Program. PREPARE/ENRICH is a practical, multifaceted process that includes a customized couple’s assessment completed online that identifies the couple’s strengths and growth areas. Based on a couple’s assessment results, 4-8 feedback sessions are scheduled with the couple. The PREPARE/ENRICH Program helps couples: •Explore strength and growth areas •Strengthen communication skills •Identify and manage major stressors •Develop effective conflict resolution techniques •Explore family of origin issues and influences •Equip themselves with financial planning and budgeting tools •Discuss issues related to affection, intimacy and sexuality •Understand and appreciate personality differences •Establish personal, couple and family/parenting goals

In my free time, I enjoy walks with my wife, nature photography, reading, Chinese cooking, gourmet coffee shops, vegetable gardening, tennis, Minnesota Twins’ games, movies, and spending time with family and friends.
