Clinical Approach:
I approach each client individually and strive to understand his or her perspective of the world. We each create meaning in different ways due to our life experiences and belief systems, and it is important to validate each person’s unique interpretation. I want to walk with each client and aid in self-understanding and personal initiative in order to work toward balance and more functional living.
Interests:
Depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, adjustment issues, religious integration, identity formation, young adults
Hobbies:
Singing and playing piano, sewing, making cards, bike riding, walking outdoors, drinking coffee and reading a good book in my favorite coffee shop
