I specifically selected a specialty in which I could connect with my patients over time. I practice general adult out patient psychiatry. It is very gratifying to see how patient's own strengths, especially related to faith issues, can aide in their recovery. I served seven years as a Navy psychiatrist. I take great pride in having served my country and helping those who have mental health issues as a result of having served.

In my spare time I enjoy pursuing things that will improve my faith journey, watching my three kid's many sporting activities, spending time with my husband, our two Westies, biking, skiing, and volunteering.
