Personal Statement:
I believe that we are all given the gift of resiliency and inner wisdom. My goal is to help individuals and families discover, re-discover, or renew their connection with their inner light and hope. I encourage growth as an essential component of recovery.
Clinical Approach:
I was trained in Adlerian Psychotherapy and integrate cognitive therapy, health realization, solution focus and education into my practice. I use a client centered approach to drawing on the strengths of individuals.
Interests:
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my practice is focused on helping clients with a variety of life issues including, but not limited to, marital and family counseling, relationships, parenting issues, adolescents, anxiety, depression, anger/stress management, co-occurring disorders, abuse history, and family issues with chemical abuse and recovery.
Hobbies:
Spending time with the family, playing and recording music, traveling to places near and far, reading, walking and learning new things.
