Everyone is different, each their own personality, each their own view of the world. I am interested in understanding how this view affects how individuals approach the world around them. I primarily operate from a Cognitive-Behavioral perspective with a dialectical understanding of the individual. I believe there are constant internal struggles inside everyone to decide between one path and another. It is only through a synthesis of the two paths that true resolution and growth can occur. I am also a firm believer in laughter and humor and to brighten the mood and release stress and tension.

I enjoy a good thunderstorm, reading fantasy novels, spending far too much time playing video games and relaxing at the beach when Minnesota weather decides to allow it.
