NEW BRIGHTON, Minn., August 13, 2015 – To meet increased demand and improve patient experience and
convenience, Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. (NAL) will be opening a new clinic in Bloomington Fall 2015.
The new location is in close proximity to the Mall of America.

NAL is a multidisciplinary outpatient mental health and chemical dependency clinic, providing integrative care.

The Bloomington clinic is located at 1101 E. 78^th Street, Suite 100, Bloomington, MN 55431. The location will offer
all services and expand NAL’s mission in helping others through a wide array of service offerings. The new Bloomington
clinic will have approximately 6,000 square feet designated as clinical space and room for over 16 behavioral and chemical
health and psychiatry providers. Patients will have access to experienced professionals providing multidisciplinary,
integrated outpatient mental health, and chemical dependency care.

NAL clinicians continue to see patients at our New Brighton, Maple Grove, Coon Rapids, Woodbury,
Elk River/Otsego, Apple Valley, Eden Prairie, St. Cloud, Brainerd/Baxter, and Duluth clinics.
