Dr. Richard (Rick) Blackburn is a Licensed Psychologist and Diplomate in Behavioral Sleep Medicine certified by the Board of Behavioral Sleep Medicine (BBSM), certified in Behavioral Sleep Medicine by the American Board of Sleep Medicine, and a Fellow of the Society for Behavioral Sleep Medicine. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Blackburn specializes in treating a variety of sleep disorders, including insomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, nightmares, and insufficient sleep syndrome.
Dr. Blackburn’s expertise extends to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), where he empowers patients to reclaim their sleep and improve their quality of life. He is an active member of the Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine and has worked to integrate sleep medicine into primary care clinics.
