Group Details

This DBT group is beneficial for treating individuals who are stuck in patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting that is creating chaos in their life, and are causing them misery.  Specifically, this group is designed for individuals suffering from self-harming behaviors such as cutting, and suicidal thoughts, impulses, or attempts, and focuses on working with individuals dealing with bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and chemical dependency.

Adult Groups

Individuals ages 18 and up are eligible to attend this group and will also be involved in one-on-one DBT therapy.  Most insurances accepted.

  • Co-Ed Morning Groups
    • Tuesdays: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
    • Thursdays: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
    • Fridays: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Co-Ed Day Groups
    • Mondays: 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM
    • Tuesdays: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
    • Wednesdays: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
    • Thursdays: 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
  • Co-Ed Evening Groups
    • Mondays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
    • Tuesdays: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
    • Wednesdays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
    • Thursdays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

**Adult groups are centered around a 9-12 month curriculum.  Group members are expected to attend weekly.

Family with Adolescents Groups

Adolescents ages 13+ and up are eligible to attend this group and will also be involved in one-on-one DBT therapy.  Most insurances accepted.

  • Co-Ed Day Groups:
    • Mondays: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    • Tuesdays: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    • Wednesdays: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

**Adolescent groups are centered around an 18-week curriculum. Adolescents and parents/guardians are expected to attend weekly.

Family with Children Group

Children ages 8-12 are eligible to attend this group and will also be involved in one-on-one DBT therapy.  Most insurances accepted.

  • Co-Ed Day Group: Wednesdays: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

**Children’s group is centered around a 16-week curriculum. Children and a parent/guardian are expected to attend weekly.

Graduate After Care Groups

Individuals who have completed NAL’s DBT program are eligible to attend this group. Most insurances accepted.

  • Co-Ed Group: Wednesdays: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
