Personal Information:

Clinical Approach:
I've been trained in a wide selection of therapy styles but tend to gravitate toward the direct approach of Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Clinical Interests:
I specialize in trauma and attachment issues, and especially in the way these two concerns intersect. Childhood trauma, neglect, abuse, sexual trauma, and a range of other issues can cause lasting damage in the way an individual views their own worth and connects with other people. These issues can grow into anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and numerous other issues with which I have extensive experience in treating. I am specifically trained to provide counseling for every type of family and couple. I've worked with nearly every demographic, from correctional facilities with inmates facing the death penalty to upper-class families with situational concerns.

Personal Interests:
I am an author of both fiction and non-fiction works. Within the first week of publication, my book Slaying Your Fear became the #1 bestseller on Amazon for anxiety ebooks and continues to provide new readers with the tools necessary to address long-term self-esteem and relational concerns. I also write pulp fiction novels about gunfights, because that makes sense with my correctional background, right? When not working, I practice martial arts, sell crafts online with two family businesses, appear on various podcasts and YouTube channels educating people about mental health, mentor other authors, and homeschool my children.
