More About Adam Westby

Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working with both individuals and couples dealing with issues of anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, or adjusting to various life circumstances.

Clinical Approach:

While there is no one approach that works for every situation, I believe the most important place to start is developing a firm understanding one's identity. A solid identity contains one's beliefs, values, morals, awareness of strengths and weaknesses, and where we find our purpose. If we are hoping to grow, I believe that these things are vital in order to be successful in each of our journeys of growth and discovery.

I absolutely treasure time with my wife and kids. I love playing sports, watching movies, being outside doing just about anything, playing music, playing games, and doing anything that will challenge my mind and force me to think critically and creatively.
