Clinical Interests:
My clinical interest are supporting those who have experienced depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more. I enjoy providing support to those who need it and helping them reach their goals to live a full and healthy life. I have worked primary in the area of trauma and find this to be where I choose to specialize.
Clinical Approach:
Although I am client centered, I enjoy using any approach that best meets the needs of the client. Utilizing the EMDR modality has a wide range of supportive components leading me to often support clients through this approach.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my family as often as I can. I love being able to walk my dogs on a warm day and enjoying the nature. I am an avid fitness buff and find a good workout to be one of my favorite things.
