Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests include, but are not limited to the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression and mood disorders, serious and persistent mental illness, stress management, self-esteem issues, grief/loss, and life changes. Individual therapy for adults 18+.
Clinical Approach:
I vary my approach depending on client needs, interests, and goals for treatment. I utilize aspects of client-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, strengths-based therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Hobbies:
