More About Amy Anderly-Dotson
Clinical Interests:
In the last 15 years I’ve had opportunities to work with a diverse population of clientele. I enjoy helping others find ways to improve their lives, thoughts, and feelings. I have experience helping teens, college aged, and adults, develop tools for their life toolbox. I am client centered and I believe it is important to meet individuals where they are at; supporting them in achieving balance and wellness in their daily lives.
Clinical Approach:
Building a connection with a client is the foremost important goal in the first few sessions. My goal is to develop a safe space for the client to share their story. I like to work together to develop goals and positive outcomes for the individual so they can feel better about their current feelings and situation. I also try to support the individual so they feel comfortable in their daily lives.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my family engaging in various Northwoods activities and building memories.
