My areas of interest include, but are not limited to: depression, anxiety, and spiritual abuse/trauma.
Clinical Approach:
I focus on using a strengths-based perspective. I also enjoy solution-focused brief therapy, and narrative therapy, I believe that each client is the expert of their life.
Hobbies:
I am on a quest to visit every state park in Minnesota. So far I have been to 35! Trying to find all the quirky roadside attractions in Minnesota. Attempting to finish the Superior Hiking Trail. I basically believe that life is mean to be lived, so I am always finding some type of fun adventure.
