I am a relational Trauma Therapist who believes that healing happens within the context of meaningful and supportive relationship. Hobbies:
In addition to being a therapist, I am also a meditator, yoga instructor, and dog mom. I read voraciously, love the theater, both on stage and as a patron, and spend time camping in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness whenever I have the chance.
