Clinical Approach:

I utilize an overarching strength-based approach with my clients and an Adlerian perspective that "Anything can be different." I am passionate about DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Adlerian Psychotherapy.

Hobbies:

I embrace life with a faith-based perspective recognizing that real sustainable joy comes from a relationship with God. I love watching my 3 boys play sports, being active outdoors, spending time with my husband and friends, and reading. My self-care is snuggling with my dog on the couch or quiet time in prayer.
