More About Anna Drobnick

Clinical Interests:

My clinical interests center around supporting individuals navigating PTSD, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I am passionate about working with both adults and adolescents, helping them build resilience and find healing through compassionate, evidence-based care. I also have an interest in working with military families, recognizing the unique challenges they face and the importance of culturally competent support. My approach is grounded in creating a safe, collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing journey.

Clinical Approach:

My clinical approach is integrative and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, while incorporating Solution-Focused Therapy to support goal-setting and highlight strengths and resources. I also utilize Mindfulness-Based practices to promote present-moment awareness and emotional regulation. Through therapy, I help clients explore relationship dynamics and improve communication, as well as focus on creating a supportive, collaborative space where clients can safely explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change.

Hobbies:

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy a variety of activities that help me stay grounded and connected. I love cooking and experimenting with new recipes, as well as diving into a good book—especially with a cup of coffee in hand at a local coffee shop. I find balance by spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, going for a walk, or simply enjoying nature. I also enjoy unwinding with friends through video games and board games, which provide a great mix of fun and connection. At home, I spend time with my cats, who bring a lot of comfort, laughter, and calm to my life.
