Clinical Interests:

As a Peer Support Specialist I strongly believe in meeting individuals where they are at in their own recovery process. I also believe that everyone has their own unique strengths to help them overcome barriers to achieving recovery and wellness. I focus on a person-centered approach that encourages individuals to use their strengths to make decisions and achieve their own set goals that will lead to a sense of empowerment and achievement.

Hobbies:

I enjoy cross-stitch, paper crafts, reading, journaling, organizing, spending time with family and friends, and walking. I also enjoy learning about new skills and treatment of mental health symptoms and ways to implement them to further enrich life.
