More About Asmaa Elbendary

Clinical Interests:

I am committed to working with culturally diverse populations and passionate about working with issues related to anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attachment, relationship dynamics, grief, and court-ordered populations. I work with a variety of demographics (i.e. age, race, gender, religion) but have found special interest in supporting women, and children.

Clinical Approach:

My clinical approach is client-centered, evidence-based, and holistic, aiming to empower my clients to achieve their fullest potential and live fulfilling lives. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, effective, and culturally competent care to support the well-being of my clients and community. Recognizing that mental health is influenced by various factors, including biological, psychological, social, and environmental factors, my clinical approach takes a holistic perspective to promote overall well-being and long-term recovery.

In my free time, I love cooking, enjoy traveling, and have been to four countries so far and looking for more.
