Trauma, suicidal ideation, self-harm, PTSD, BPD, Depression, Anxiety, life transitions. Therapy modalities include EMDR, IFS, DBT and ACT.

Hobbies:
Taking my dog for daily walks, hiking, traveling, listening to live music from local bands, knitting and spending time with family, especially all my nieces and nephews.
