Clinical Interests:
Working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief/loss, adjustment, life change, and end of life care and support.
Clinical Approach:
My goal is to help individuals work towards their own goals and reach their desired quality of life. I am strongly influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy models combined with Narrative therapy and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to utilize an individualized approach to best meet the needs of the client.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing, 4wheeling, reading, crafting and traveling.
