Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests include children, social skills, depression, defiant behaviors, and anxiety.
Clinical Approach:
I take a very person-centered approach; every person is unique, and the same technique isn't work with everyone. I also incorporate mindfulness and play into sessions. I believe that children learn best from play so incorporating skills into play is important to me.
Hobbies:
When not at work I enjoy spending time with my wife and two cats. You can often find me embroidering, painting, coloring, or drawing. I also enjoy going outside and laying in my hammock with a book when it is nice.
