More About Chelsea Deutsch

Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working collaboratively with adults on an individual basis who have a wide range of experiences. I especially have a passion for those who are experiencing anxiety and life transitions.

Clinical Approach:

My clinical approach incorporates using evidenced-based psychotherapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, which are tailored to needs accordingly. My main focus is the relationship with each individual I work with, which is based on respect. I meet each person where they are and use a strengths based and trauma informed approach. My hope is to empower the individuals that I work with heal, grow and find strength in navigating life circumstances. A personal goal is to become an EMDR Trained Clinician to utilize with individuals who have experienced trauma.

Running, being outdoors and spending time with loved ones. I love animals and have a cat and a rooster.
