Clinical Interests:
I specialize in a variety of diagnoses such as Depression, Anxiety and other Mood Disorders, Attachment Disorders, and Serious and Persistent Mental Illness diagnoses. I have supported and worked with many individuals who have Intellectual, learning and/or physical disabilities as well.
Clinical Approach:
My Clinical Approach tends to be person centered and client-lead. It is important to me that the individual(s) I am working with feels invested in the work we are doing. I utilize the Psychodynamic Theory, person centered approaches, strengths based approaches and others such as Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Strategies.
Hobbies:
My hobbies include watching movies and documentaries, reading books, cooking, and going on walks with my family.
