Clinical Interests:
I pride myself on taking time to build a strong, trusting relationship. I get to know you, your story, strengths, and areas for growth. Once this strong foundation is established, we can begin to identify and work toward attainable goals. I am experienced in providing therapy to adults, children, and adolescents, as well as their families. I have experience providing services in school and at home. I have worked with clients facing a number of challenges ranging from depression and anxiety to anger and conduct issues to family difficulties.
Clinical Approach:
I utilize many approaches when working with clients including (but not limited to) Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Bibliotherapy.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and pets. I love being outdoors, attending sporting events, being active, and listening to/watching live music.
