Clinical Interests:

I provide therapy services to individuals ages 18 and older. My primary clinical interests are, but are not limited to include anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and grief and loss.

Clinical Approach:

I incorporate Motivational Interviewing along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT skills, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I enjoy collaborating with each client to help support them in achieving their goals.

Hobbies:

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends/family and watching sports.
