I believe that the origin of what makes us "us" begins with attachment to caregivers and the safety and security provided therein. Disruptions with these necessary connections create a ripple effect that can last long into adulthood. Change in behaviors is always possible. I am here to listen, validate and offer data-driven techniques to bring relief from daily stresses.
