Clinical Interests:
I work with clients ages 15+ with an interest in a variety of mental health background including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, stress management, and adjustment concerns to life changes.
Clinical Approach:
I take a person-centered approach to meeting each person where they are at. My goal is to give you the space to feel heard and understood as you work to process your thoughts and emotions without judgment. Through a collaborative effort we will work together to identify the change you are looking to make in your life and what will be the best route to reach your goal.
Hobbies:
I enjoy several hobbies such as watching movies, arts and crafts, spending time with my family and pet, listening to music and podcasts, and traveling. I am always looking to try something new.
