Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests include working with couples and individuals who are struggling with interpersonal relationships. I enjoy working with marriage and relationship issues, family conflict, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues and stress management among other mental health concerns. I enjoy working with a wide age range of clients and the difficulties life presents throughout different stages. I utilize a combination of therapeutic techniques the include Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Family Systems therapy, and Dialectic Behavior therapy among other approaches. I am trained in Prepare/Enrich Relationship Assessments, DBT skills as well as being a Tobacco Treatment Specialist.
