Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working with diverse individuals with a spectrum of experiences. My clinical interests include: anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, Autism & Addictions & Faith-based therapy.

Clinical Approach:

I like to approach therapy for each person as a diverse individual with a person - centered strengths based, trauma approach to help individuals find there strength and healing. In session I often utilize cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral and mindfulness approaches and art therapy. I am an open and affirming therapist and I incorporate humor and laughter to provide a comfortable open space for individuals to seek the healing that they need. I meet clients where they are at and help provide them the tools to grow, find strength, healing and empowerment within there lives as individuals.

Hobbies:

I enjoy a variety of interests. The places that you will most find me in are nature, camping, fishing, playing games indoor and outdoor, specifically darts. I enjoy venturing to different coffee locations, restaurants, traveling, road trips, comedy, humor, music, dancing and I find peace, comfort and joy in bonfires.
