Clinical Interests:
I have clinical experience working with individuals (16+) and couples. who are experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, trauma, stress, bipolar, relational challenges, anger, and grief and loss.
Clinical Approach:
I believe in using a strengths-based and client-centered approach. I believe that the client is always the expert of their situation. I draw on several theories in my clinical approach including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Time-Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy.
Hobbies:
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my 2 rescue dogs, Ruby and Sapphire. I enjoy going for walks, reading, and thriller movies.
