Clinical Interests:
Eva values working with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. While working with her clients, she takes a collaborative approach to create treatment plans focused on reducing symptoms associated with diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, trauma, borderline personality disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, suicidal ideations, and psychotic disorders.
Clinical Approach:
Eva uses a person-centered and strengths-based approach to counseling. She values evidenced-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure-Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients develop coping skills, feel empowered, embrace life’s uncertainties, and develop adaptive thinking patterns. Eva is passionate about creating a non-judgmental space for clients to express themselves and explore their thoughts and emotions.
Hobbies:
In her free time, Eva enjoys cooking new recipes, hiking, running, playing with her cat Daisy, and spending time with friends and family. She also loves expressing creativity through writing, as well as watching horror or psychological thriller movies.
