Personal Information:

Clinical Approach:
I prefer a holistic combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rogerian Techniques and Culturally Sensitive Therapy as an introductory approach to my counseling. In addition, I often incorporate and encourage DBT techniques, Motivational Interviewing and Equine Therapy (where applicable) in order to rigorously approach treatment options. I am primarily influenced by Bowlby's internal working model theory that helps individuals identify their core beliefs about themselves, the world around them and others.

Clinical Interests:
I work with children & adolescents experiencing trauma, PTSD, attachment disorders, eating disorders, depression, anxiety disorders and behavioral issues. I also work with parents and families experiencing conflict.

Personal Interests:
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also love traveling, meeting new people and going on adventures.
