Clinical Approach:
James uses a combination of psychodynamic therapy, client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, supportive therapy, solution focused therapy and insight oriented therapy. He has in-depth training in Gestalt and Jungian therapy.

Clinical Interests:
James' specialties include assessment and treatment of autism, attention/deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children / adolescents, school adjustment, and he has 6 years of experience in acute psychiatric hospitalization. He treats a wide variety of issues and provides psychotherapy services that include: parenting / family and individual; adult / adolescent /children. Issues he helps clients to address include: men's issues, relationship issues, depression, mood disorders, anxiety, and substance abuse.
