I enjoy working with individuals 18+ who have experienced trauma, grief/loss, people in recovery, and difficult life transitions.

Hobbies:

I spend my free time exploring Minnesota, spending time with family or friends or pets, gardening, and reading. I enjoy art, music, and movies as well.
