Clinical Interests:

Jenna (she/they) has a particular passion for working with children (12+ years old), adolescence, emerging adults, and adults experiencing eating disorder recovery, body image and self-esteem concerns, LGBTQIA2S+ gender/sexuality concerns, adjustments and life transitions, cultural identity development concerns, mood and anxiety disorders, cultivating self-compassion, trauma, distress tolerance and emotional regulation concerns.

Clinical Approach:

Their therapeutic approach is rooted in building an affirming clinical rapport that is driven by trauma-informed, affirmative, strength-based, and integrative practices. They use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Expressive Arts Therapy, Polyvagal Theory (PVT), Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to guide my work.

Other glimmers in my life are forest bathing, foraging for fungi, traveling, teaching yoga, expressive arts, attending concerts, painting, and moments of presence spent with loved ones.
