Clinical Interests:

I provide therapy services to adolescents and adults. My clinical interest include perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, parenting, autism, and anxiety.

Clinical Approach:

I enjoy meeting clients, learning their challenges, strengths, and working collaboratively to help gain insight. I value respect for all individuals, placing importance on safety and security for emotional growth and development. I incorporate aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as practice from a solution focused and person centered lens. I customize therapy to met clients unique needs and encourage emotional exploration, mindfulness, and self-regulation strategies.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons.
