I use a balance of support and challenge to assist clients in becoming more hopeful and healthy individuals. Hopeful, in the sense that they believe that change and freedom from unhealthy thinking and behavior is possible. Healthy, in that the steps they take will lead to greater mental, relational and spiritual health. I am a Christian.

Hobbies:

I enjoy reading, biking, drinking coffee, and time spent appreciating friends and family. I also play piano, enjoy woodworking, and spending time in nature.
