Clinical Interests:
I have a history of working with adults, children, elderly and people with a variety of different diagnosis. I enjoy getting to know and understand clients as well as assisting them with finding the tools/skills they need to live a productive life.
Clinical Approach:
My experience has been mostly with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), but I am open and eager to trying new approaches. It is important that the client feel he/she is guiding the process as it is his/her life.
Hobbies:
Spending time with my family and my grandkids, traveling, watching my youngest daughter's sports, as it's her last year and going out to eat with my friends.
