Clinical Interests:
It is a passion of mine to guide and support individuals to live their best lives. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and providing education to those specifically suffering from substance abuse. I have such a desire for working with adolescents.
Clinical Approach:
I focus on using a person centered approach alongside motivational interviewing to encourage personal growth. I also intertwine an existential approach to help clients take ownership of their lives and find meaning to fully live in the present.
Hobbies:
My faith is so important to me. I have a passion for clean living and making my own DIY recipes. I love to exercise and learn about health and wellness. I enjoy being outdoors, spending time up north, and being on the water.
