Clinical Interests:
I provide outpatient therapy to adults experiencing mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, co-occurring substance use. I also provide adult DBT individual therapy and skills training groups. My background includes working with clients who have SPMI diagnoses and/or criminal justice involvement like probation/parole and incarceration.
Clinical Approach:
I use a collaborative approach to identify client strengths and therapy goals to achieve recovery. I incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.
Hobbies:
I enjoy time with family and friends, staying busy with knitting, fishing, and DIY home improvement projects.
