Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults to manage mental health in the areas of eating disorders, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma and relationship challenges.

Clinical Approach:

I appreciate the flexibility to utilize a number of clinical approaches based on the client's needs. Main approaches include CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), trauma therapy (EMDR), and solution-focused therapy. All approaches are based on client's individual values to determine life goals.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with my family and my dogs. I enjoy travel, boating, music and reading.
