Clinical Interests:

I have experience in the treatment of substance use disorders, grief/loss as well as depression and anxiety. I have a specific interest in working with individuals with ADHD. I also enjoy treating persons with attachment disorders, parent child interactions, PTSD, and trauma.

Clinical Approach:

My approach to counseling and therapy involves a therapeutic relationship where we are able to have open, trusting conversations in a safe and inclusive environment and can focus on your strengths and together figure out a process and approach that works best for you.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with my family that includes my cats and dogs! In my free time, you can find me outside or attending concerts.
