Clinical Approach:
Every child is like a little person worth getting to know. They experience the world in such a way that is wild to us, so unique and so beautiful. As a clinician I see each child as their own little person as well as one of a part of a family system. I will not offer you a one size fits all approach; I will get to know your child and offer you a unique perspective that caters to your own special and one-of-a-kind child.
As for adults, I offer unconditional support, the best tools in the market, and an incredible amount of patience. I will make sure you own your struggle and teach you how to use it to be your most authentic, best version of yourself you want to be. Therapy is not meant to last forever, I would like to help shape independent, strong, and capable individuals who no longer need me.
Hobbies:
Dancing, singing, gardening, journaling, sitting out in the sun, crafting, hanging out with friends and family, and whatever my next hyperfixation is.
